Hey there, I’m Jack Sotti. I’m an award winning Bartender, Television Host & Entrepreneur based in London.

For years I have been deeply passionate about hospitality & the origins of flavour, having found myself diving deep into the knowledge pools of spirits, mixology, beer, wine and food. Through hospitality, I have found I can make a significant impact on the lives of people around me, through thoughtful experiences, engaging conversation and the act of service and social lubrication of fixing them a delicious cocktail.

I am on a quest to grow my understanding of the building blocks of flavour and have co-founded some businesses I am genuinely proud of. Jack Sotti Limited looks at the future of mixed drinks as a consulting agency working with global brands developing both liquid and strategy. I am the proud Director of Advocacy for Renais Spirits and you can occasionally find me behind the bar at Ester, my gorgeous little bar & bottle shop in the heart of Camden Market.

My journey has taken me from humble bartender to competition mixologist, global brand ambassador, FMCG marketeer and now keen entrepreneur, all the while seeking to mentor and develop young talent around me.

I get most of my energy communicating with the general public, whether delivering my cocktail segment on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, writing for print and digital, or hosting events. Throwing a party is my middle name.

I have found that through TV and business, I can share my love with the world, and am always looking for new opportunities. So what then makes cocktails so special? Embry said it best:

“It should stimulate the mind as well as the appetite. The well-made cocktail is one of the most gracious of drinks. It pleases the senses. The shared delight of those who partake in common of this refreshing nectar breaks the ice of formal reserve. Taut nerves relax; taut muscles relax; tired eyes brighten; tongues loosen; friendships deepen; the whole world becomes a better place in which to live.”
